From the Spanish Aero Car

These were taken at the whirpool while on the Spanish Aero Car (aka cable car!)
The Aero car was designed by a Spanish engineer, Leonardo Torres Quevedo and has been in operation since 1916. The cable car is suspended from six sturdy cables and it is a wonderful view of the Niagara Whirlpool which is formed at the end of the rapids where the gorge turns abruptly counterclockwise and the river escapes through the narrowest channel in the gorge.
Because of the winds and the time of day, unfortunatley we didn't get to view the usually whirpool action, instead there were several small ones going in various directions. The view was still amazing.
Olena and I loved it, Jason on the other hand...well he is afraid of heights so this wasn't one of his favorite events :)

Notice anything different?

A little accessory for her Aunt Rickie's wedding.  She kept telling us she wanted long hair like us for the wedding but we just never grew it out.  So voila! instant long hair! I do plan to make it look a lot nicer for the wedding.  Literally she walked in from playing in the sprinkler and I shoved it on her head.  Once her real hair is curled it will blend and look more uniform. I am proud at how well I matched the color, I was worried because I ordered it off line.

Some pictures from Cloudland Canyon State Park.
